Spirit Ford FordStore are excited to announce that we have been awarded with the most prestigious and reputable award; Ford Sales Dealer of the Year at the Ford Chairman’s Awards 2017. Once again placing us among not only the elite in Ireland but also Europe.
This is the second time in two years that our team have been honoured by the prestigious Ford Chairman’s Award. In 2015 our achievements in outstanding customer service were also recognised.
Shortlisted nominees for each category in the Ford Chairman's Awards are drawn from the top three percent of all Ford dealers in Europe whose customers directly rate their performance with top marks after purchasing a vehicle or receiving aftersales services.
Speaking about the award recognition, Dealer Principle Chris Pratt said, “We are extremely proud of this fitting recognition. Once a year Ford honours the best dealers in Europe with the coveted Chairman's Award for the highest level of customer satisfaction in sales and service.
